Welcome to my “Off the top of the dome” impulsive best/worst list of 2009. I tried to include some of the songs, which either inspired me or just made me feel good. I am sure that most of you will disagree, and I would love to hear your point of view in the comments, so feel free to share
And now, ladies and gentlemen – without further ado, the list.

Biggest accomplishment by a Danish Producer:
Pilfinger for having co-produced S.O.S (Let The Music Play) for Jordin Sparks alongside Cutfather. Big ups!
Craziest outburst:
Kanye West for ruining Taylor Swifts award winning moment and claiming that “Beyonce had the best video of the year”.
Artists, who almost stole the show away:

Best unreleased FredNukes track, which the public haven’t heard yet:
FredNukes – Pipe Down (keep it low-key)
Albums to look forward to in 2010:
Hopefully Common finishes up another classic in the line of Finding Forever and Be – because his last one really sucked. Kanye West hopefully comes out with a new rap album! Also – If Little Vic decides to drops his long-awaited follow up, then it should be dope!
Best event/party of 2009:
Roskilde festival 2009
A toast to 2009 for being the worst year ever personally for the Fredster. I am looking forward to 2010, which can only be better than this year!

Biggest disappointment:
Jay-Z – The Blueprint 3 – Really?? Maybe not up to par with the original Blueprint, but still a great effort imo.
Biggest loss of the year:
The way too early death of Michael Jackson – I second that!
Craziest outburst:
Kanye West for ruining Taylor Swifts award winning moment and claiming that “Beyonce had the best video of the year”. – Funny and embarrassing at the same time, but hey, that’s Kanye… Amazing talent comes at a price I guess…
Best videogame of the year:
Uncharted 2 – made me dust off the PS3
Comeback’s that really wasn’t needed:
Cam’ron – He looks like Bubbles (The Wire) in the Clipse vid
Best movie:
)

Seven Pounds

Most disappointing movie:
Terminator 4: Salvation – I agree. Terrible movie!
Best series:
Entourage & Dexter (was actually pretty disappointed with Entourage season 6/don’t watch Dexter anymore).
Heroes got better this fall, but still not as good as season 1
Best unreleased FredNukes track, which the public haven’t heard yet:
FredNukes – Pipe Down (keep it low-key) – Give us the album already… When you’re finished with it, that is.
Albums to look forward to in 2010:
Hopefully Common FredNukes finishes up another classic in the “line” of Deconstructing Fred… Kanye West hopefully comes out with a new rap album!
Really looking forward to Lupe Fiasco – Lasers and hope that Nas and Damian Marley has a gem coming up…
Best event/party of 2009:
Roskilde festival 2009 – Yep, although I missed Kanye’s performance. Oasis were brilliant!!
Hope your 2010 rewards your persistence and dedication…
All the best,
Pelle
Pelle, I really liked Kid Cudi – “Soundtrack 2 My Life” and I somewhat liked the Vinnie Paz and Clipse collabo, although I thought: “What an odd combination?”.
As far as “Blueprint 3″ I thought the best track on there was “Run this Town”, where I think Kanye stole the show a lil’ bit. I also really like “Already Home” and “Empire state of mind”. But overall, not a classic. Too many fillers.
and yeah, SOMETIMES, just SOMETIMES – like 2-3 times a year – I wish I had a PS3. Unchartered 2 would be one of those times.
Slumdog wasn’t really up to par with all the hype it recieved, although it really was a great movie. And I agree – Fanboys was REALLY funny and nerdy.
Entourage (Season 6) was by far the worst season thus far – but the ending of the season made up for it, with Ari gold going nuts with the paintball gun, hehe). I lost interest in Heroes at the end of the last season, it bored me. But hey, GET BACK on Dexter. That series is INCREDIBLE. Season 4 is crazy – John Lithgow as the Trinity Killer = Priceless.
And I’ll see what I can do about that damn FredNukes album..
Thanks for contributing.
