Welcome once again - to my brand new blog! To start this thing off, I decided to let you guys hear 2 tracks I produced for Miss Nellie Ettison for a EP entitled “Design Music”. The record came out in December 2007 and was only sold across Denmark in designer boutiques, when you purchased products from the company “Erik Bagger” or as the brand is called, “EB”. My very first go at making pop (modern rock-R’n'B-call it what you like) music. The only other producer on the EP is the legend of Danish music, Bent Fabricious Bjerre. It is such an honor to be on a record with him. The music is produced in such a way, that I did some sketches, Nellie did some musical ideas for the songs. We recorded the demo’s and Nellie went to Sweden to get some of the finest muscians in Sweden to re-record the instruments on my beats. After that, I got the seperate instrument tracks back and chopped them up (the ol’ hip hop way). Arranged the tracks and we sent it off to mixing and mastering.
